Tour De Pakistan — Through The Million Tree Tsunami & The Forests of Pakistan
The Tour de Pakistan is a bicycle race held in Pakistan roughly every two years over more than 1,648 kilometers (1,024 mi). It is modeled after the Tour de France. The race begins in Karachi and ends in Peshawar. It is the longest cycling race in Asia.
A newly proposed way around this long winding cycling route could be improvised by making an only bicycle trail with the aim of promoting the best scenic route through all the seasons of the forests and all the different terrain starting from the Ziarat Forest — The juniper forests at Ziarat in the Pakistani province of Balochistan are some of the largest — and oldest — in the world. (April 2016 at Unesco by Pakistan’s Directorate General of Archaeology) could be the starting point and then furthermore it can be constructed to reach the end in the region which of often called the ‘’roof of the sky’’ Gilgit-Baltistan.
Bicycle tours can transform the way one sees their destination. Rather than rushing through, bike trips give one time to notice small details: the way the road bends, how the sun glints off the water, the scent of a forest grove.
Once you reach your destination and you will be joined by the group, you’ll find that many bike tours cover just about everything (lodging, meals, equipment). No matter your skill level, the tour provider will trail you with a vehicle for “support.”
In other words, if you want to stop and linger, you can leave the group for a bit and not have to worry about the logistics, like “Who’s got my bike?” or “Where’s the awesome cheese I bought?”. It is a dream of any cyclist and a true, explorer.
Since Pakistan is going to host the World Tourism Forum in 2021, such zealous and adventurous ideas will promote, the notion of climate change preservation along with the advocation of healthy outdoor activities which are necessarily the way to go forward in this new post-pandemic world.
Why shouldn’t we promote our beautiful landscape with activities that around the world are advertised by their countries for theirs and why shouldn’t we take advantage of the beautiful terrain and locations that we already possess — .
